The Queensland BDM displays deaths until 30 years ago. This collection has details of more recent deaths for local, state and interstate cemeteries.
Burial and cremation indexes may have details for:
- Deceased name
- Date of burial or cremation
- Place of burial or cremation

Since 2004, the Society has hosted cemetery crawls and produced a booklet of the featured grave residents.The booklets are currently being indexed and digitised.

Cemetery crawl interred resident index
A short biography is given for the interred residents featured in the booklets. Details may include:
- Names including maiden names and aliases
- Births, marriages and deaths
- Parents, siblings and spouse/s
- Emigration
- Schooling and
- Occupation
